-Bracelet Repair is only available to those with damaged DIVINERAE Bracelet(s)-

-DISCLAIMER: When you are shipping out your damaged item, you are responsible for  purchasing your own bubble mailer (You can find one for 75 cents at your local Walmart or at a dollar tree) & shipping label ( You can simply use a marker to write out the label information), Lastly , you are responsible for $5+ shipping fee upon dropping off your package to your local postal office.

How the process works : When you go to checkout you must leave a note of your EMAIL & previous order#. DivineRae will email you an address to ship the bracelet to. Please note that postal offices such as USPS will charge you about $5 (or more depending on location and weight of package) to ship the item once you drop off your package. The $5 shipping you are charged through DivinRae is for us to send you your bracelet back.  - If your bracelet turns out to be UNREPAIRABLE, we will email you and refund you the bracelet repair order amount. It is up to you if you'd like the damaged bracelet back. -  With the best of your ability, please PLEASE assure that all beads, charms, and pearls are accounted for and shipped with the rest of the bracelet so that a full repair & restoration can be done.
