Ship & Return Policy

- Shipping fee within U.S is $5

- Shipping is free for orders $50+

- International Shipping may vary by territory, see shipping options at checkout.

Order Processing-  an order after purchase CAN take up to 7 business days but are more likely to take less. Shipping is traditionally 3-7 business days with USPS but in some cases can take longer due to issues within the USPS facility and/or system issues. If it's been OVER 7 business days since your item was shipped and you feel that your package may be lost, feel free to contact us using the chat box in the right lower corner or email us divineraee@gmail.com

Please keep in mind that DivineRae DOES NOT ship during weekends FR-SUN

In the event that your package is marked "delivered" through USPS tracking but you have not received it, please notify us. In most cases USPS has either done one of three things when an package is marked "delivered" but has not yet been received:

1. USPS is holding your package at their nearest facility

2. USPS has dropped your package off with a neighbor

3. Your package is running late

Unfortunately this is an issue within USPS's facility &/or tracking system, the only thing we can offer is to send out a replacement for your item. DivineRae will only issue you a replacement once you've checked the 3 options listed above. You must notify us before you contact USPS or a neighbor and after 3 days if you still haven't received your package then the replacement will be issued. If the address initially provided to us by you was the incorrect one after your order was sent out, we will not refund nor send a replacement, you will have to re-order.

Return Policy (Bracelets):

 

DivineRae does not accept return of items for refund -

Items that arrive broken: The item(s) will be replaced and shipped out to you free of charge to our customers. In this case you have ~7~ days to report this issue in order for this replacement to apply (contact us on instagram). If your bracelet does not fit comfortably we do not refund but can ~exchange~ the bracelet for a custom fitted bracelet, please dm us your measurments if you run into this issue.

If Items arrive broken or breaks within the 7 day period and a new one is requested, photo evidence should be provided to us via instagram.

~ We provide measurements for our jewelry in the item descriptions. If your item doesn't fit , we are not responsible for this. We will not accept returns , refunds or replacement in this case. Please take note of the jewelry measurement and your own measurements to a void jewelry that is too small or too big ~

 

Return Policy ( nose cuffs, earrings):

DivineRae does not send out ~replacement~ of items UNLESS: item(s) arrive broken, the item(s) will be replaced and shipped out to you free of charge to our customers. In this case you have ~7~ days to report this issue in order for this replacement to apply. All nose cuffs come in one size only, so if your nose cuff does not fit comfortably DivineRae will not accept return, exchange, or replacement of the jewlery.

~In none of these cases will DivineRae provide a full refund.~
